Service Limitations – Get Buzzy Medical Transportation, LLC
To ensure the safety and comfort of all clients, Get Buzzy Medical Transportation, LLC currently provides non-emergency transportation for ambulatory passengers only.
Please review the following service guidelines:
- We provide non-emergency medical transportation only. In the event of a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
- At this time, we transport ambulatory passengers only. Clients must be able to walk independently or with minimal assistance (such as a cane or walker). We do not currently provide wheelchair or stretcher transport.
- Passengers must be medically stable and able to sit upright safely for the duration of the ride without continuous medical supervision.
- We do not provide medical care, administer medication, or offer clinical assistance during transport.
- We reserve the right to decline service if a passenger’s condition presents a safety risk to themselves or others.
- Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult unless prior arrangements have been approved.
- Cancellations or schedule changes must be made within the required notice period to avoid fees.
Our mission is to provide safe, dependable, and respectful transportation while maintaining clear standards that protect both our clients and our drivers.
Liability & Responsibility
Get Buzzy Medical Transportation, LLC is a non-emergency, ambulatory transportation provider. We are not a medical provider and do not offer medical care, monitoring, or emergency services.
By booking and using our services, clients acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Passengers must be medically stable and physically able to travel safely without medical supervision.
- Get Buzzy Medical Transportation, LLC is not responsible for medical complications that arise during or after transport.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they are ready for pickup at the scheduled time. We are not liable for missed appointments due to client delays or incomplete information.
- We are not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, damaged, or left in the vehicle.
- Clients agree to hold Get Buzzy Medical Transportation, LLC harmless from claims, damages, or injuries resulting from conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Service may be refused or terminated if safety policies are not followed.
Our priority is to provide safe, reliable transportation while maintaining a professional standard that protects both our clients and our company.
Cancellation Policy – Get Buzzy Medical Transportation, LLC
At Get Buzzy Medical Transportation, LLC, we carefully schedule routes and reserve time specifically for each client. To maintain reliability and fairness, the following cancellation policy applies:
Private Pay Clients
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid fees.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be charged 50% of the scheduled trip cost.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged 100% of the trip cost.
- A no-show is defined as a passenger not being ready within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time without communication.
- Fees may be waived in cases of verified medical emergencies at management’s discretion.
Contracted Facilities & Organizations
- Cancellations should be submitted as soon as possible to allow schedule adjustments.
- Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in billing per contract terms.
- Specific billing arrangements for cancellations will be outlined in individual service agreements.
Late cancellations affect route planning, driver scheduling, and other clients who depend on timely transportation. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain dependable service throughout the community.
